Many insurance companies start out with contents coverage (all your stuff inside the house) equal to 40 percent of your home’s value. On a home valued at $400,000, that's $160,000.

It's an easy math problem to solve, really.

Scenario 1 - Insurance company pays out $20,000 for ONLY a new roof.

Scenario 2 - Insurance company pays out $20,000 for a new roof AND another $160,000 for the contents, a total of $180,000. BIG difference!

C&S Roofing should be everyone's first call for storm damage and roof repair.

I called them late at night after a storm, and Nate Wegner came out the next day to inspect my roof. He called me after the inspection(I wasn't there) and informed me I should make a claim with my insurance due to hail. Nate also met with my insurance inspector to make sure they were seeing what he saw. When my insurance sent the original claim to me for what they were going to pay, they left a whole bunch of items out that were damaged due to the storm. Nate worked hard and sent numerous emails and made multiple calls until the insurance company finally agreed that those items needed to be replaced or fixed correctly. Nate has been awesome!
